1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Generate AI Revenue at GenerateAIRevenue.com (the "Site") operated by Global Workforce Trainers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), or by purchasing any of our programs or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our services.

2. Services Offered

Global Workforce Trainers offers AI workforce education and implementation services, including but not limited to:

• Done With You AI Workforce Implementation ("Let's Build Your Team!"): Private, virtual, 1:1 sessions in which we help you design, configure, and implement an AI workforce, including an AI Chief of Staff and 20 AI agents to start, business priorities mapping, owner-approval guardrails, tool and integration setup within the agreed scope, and testing and refinement.
• Free Resources: Complimentary materials available to you via opt-in.

3. Enrollment and Payment

By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

• You will pay the full program fee at the time of purchase, or in accordance with any approved payment plan.
• Payment plans offered through third-party platforms are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. The Company is not responsible for financing decisions made by third-party providers.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice prior to your purchase confirmation.
• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or approval of a payment plan.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our programs, all sales are final. There are no refunds. If you have questions about your enrollment, please contact us at william@globalworkforcetrainers.com.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Business outcomes depend on many factors, including implementation quality, market conditions, customer demand, adoption, and your own decisions. Global Workforce Trainers makes no guarantee of specific revenue, savings, leads, conversions, or return on investment. Examples and client experiences shared on the Site are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

6. Your Responsibility and Approvals

You remain responsible for all decisions, purchases, customer communications, and account changes made within any AI system you operate. AI agents are configured to require your approval for spending, bookings, sensitive communications, account changes, and other consequential actions, and you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated work before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, program materials, agent configurations, templates, and frameworks, is the exclusive property of Global Workforce Trainers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent, except for use within your own business as part of your purchased implementation.

8. Confidentiality

All sessions and program materials are confidential. You agree not to record, share, or distribute any session content, proprietary frameworks, or materials provided as part of your program without the Company's express written permission. We will likewise treat the business information you share with us as confidential.

9. Code of Conduct

By participating in any program, you agree to:

• Treat all staff with respect and professionalism;
• Refrain from sharing, selling, or distributing program materials to third parties;
• Use your AI workforce lawfully and engage honestly and in good faith in all sessions.

The Company reserves the right to terminate your enrollment if you violate this Code of Conduct, in which case no further support will be extended.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Workforce Trainers and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, participation in any program, or the actions of any AI system, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable program.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Third-Party Services

Our programs may reference or integrate third-party tools and platforms (e.g., AI providers, CRMs, email and calendar tools, Stripe, and payment plan providers). We are not affiliated with or responsible for the policies, availability, pricing, or performance of these third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or enrollment in our programs after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
